2. Opting Out: You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying "STOP" to any text message from Riparian. After you opt out, you will no longer receive SMS messages related to repair or maintenance requests, but you may still be contacted via phone or email for these purposes.
3. Carrier Information: We deliver messages through major and minor U.S. carriers but are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
4. Message Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply. For questions about your data plan, contact your wireless provider.
5. Privacy: By providing your phone number, you authorize us to contact you via SMS, including automated systems, if applicable.
